Dariusz Woźniak earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, graduating with top honors. He subsequentely obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, focusing on International Trade and Corporate Governance.
Earlier in his career, James served as a legal consultant for various municipal development agencies in Warsaw, contributing to the legal framework for large-scale urban revitalizations and infrastructure projects. His deep understanding of the Polish regulatory environment has made him a key asset for international investors entering the Warsaw property market.
From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Woźniak represented several leading Polish industrial companies in high-stakes arbitration and litigation. He has provided technical legal assistance to the Ministry of Economic Development in drafting legislative improvements for the construction sector.
As a Senior Partner at Corvantis Law, James has been instrumental in expanding the firm's real estate practice. He frequently delivers lectures at the Warsaw Bar Association on Project Cycle Management in construction law and has trained numerous associates on the practicalities of Polish contractual procedures.
Mr. Woźniak is widely recognized for his strategic approach to complex civil litigation, particularly in matters involving property rights, environmental law, and toxic torts within the industrial centers of Poland (Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, and Gdansk).
